I miss your face.

Its been a whole six days since I have seen the boy and last week I saw him once in 7 days. Thats like 13 days without him. Fair enough we have talked but, fuck I miss his face. I miss the kisses and the cuddles and the cheeky flirts at work. God damn it.

Random pub night...the beginning!

A lot of love for London.

On the 1st-3rd of this month, I went for a beautiful weekend away with my mother!

I treated her for her birthday as I know she wanted some quality time and a good old chat, oh and shopping of course! We did all the big shops, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nicks and we shopped until we dropped. How lovely!

We visited the shoe galleries and they were just pure AMAZE.

Legally Blonde and Wicked were awesome!!! Front row seats...HELLO.

I also treated myself to the minx manicure by Nails Inc, (Pixie Lott got hers done the same as mine the next day, I was devo'ed to not have seen her!!!) They are amazing leopard print and should only last 3-5 days but mine have lasted a week! YUM.

Ah lots of champagne was drunk and lots of money was spent, but my god it was an amazing weekend! Here are some cheeky pics :)

obligatory photobooth sesh after a hair cut...

I had my hair cut and coloured today- now the colour is slightly more blonde than I was first thinking, in fact, its so blonde its white/grey. Not too sure on it :/ I'm sure when I wash it myself it will be a totally different colour. Fingers crossed anyway. Also had some short choppy layers, and today I feel particularly fierce, so I decided I would try a Pixie Lott look as I love her :) Hope you are all having an amazing Tuesday :)

hitting a low.

After being sky high happy for the past few weeks, I've hit a low point today.

I ate loads of crap to make me feel better, which made me feel worse and all I really want is a hug. Work was long and it was hard and it was just generally crappy.

Can't see the guy tonight and he goes back to being a 50 minute drive away tomorrow instead of a half hour walk :( no word can describe how annoyed and upset I am at this, but we aren't together and well, I guess I'm getting too attached. And that also upsets me. Because he might be leaving soon. Blergh. SOB. :(

A glass of wine and a shitty romcom will have to make do right now.

I hate being down.

Thank God it doesn't happen that often.

Work today was very long, and very hard. I have never worked so hard in my life! There were customers everywhere....on a Wednesday! But I couldn't have a bigger smile on my face.

BUT. My dilemma about what to wear is no more. I bought a dress. I bought an expensive dress. A dress that I am convincing myself is actually an investment. And at £100, it better be a good investment. Its electric blue and from Ted Baker. I'm not a huge Ted Baker fan as I think sometimes they are very overpriced, and however much I don't want to admit that yes, I did pay too much for that dress. It just looked so damn cute. And I decided that electric blue with my platinum blonde hair would look nice, and I wish I hadn't tried it now, as nothing compared to it after!

Long weekend this weekend, with a busy plan.

Friday- cinema with the guy. THE guy. Shouldn't be as excited as I am, but after going to the pub with friends and him (we work together, so we were on a works night as a few were leaving for uni...) and just having such a laugh, he makes me laugh so much, and a nice cosy up on the sofa in the pub, I couldn't have imagined a place I would have rather been. Well, we are going to see the Expendables, hell yes. Looks amaze.

Saturday- Night out with the work girls! No work Sunday, so getting well and truly battered is on the cards. Yes. I can't wait! We always dress up to go out and the cute dresses will be on, the insanly high heels will be killing our feet, the cocktails will be flowing and the laughs are guarenteed!

Sunday- seeing the best friend. Haven't seen her since we got back from Cro, and I miss her like mad.

I'm going out on Saturday, and I know its a while away but I am totally stressing about what the eff to wear!!! STRESSED OUT. I have nothing. GRRR.

After sitting and watching the fantastic Bridget Jones Diary, for the first time many years ago, I always decided that I would be the one who would in fact BE the one who would sit at home, continuously flicking the tv channels at 30, eating cereal from the box, who would still be single, and would be discovered half eaten by Alsatians.

I was still under this impression a few weeks ago. I've always told my mother I would never marry and would be a spinster, and be known as the mad old cat woman, as cats are my only companions. Of course I was totally overexaggerating, but I wanted it to seem very dramatic. However recently, I've met that person, who makes you smile, who makes you laugh and who you believe to be "good for you". I know its early days, we will see where we stand in a month but right now- all is good in my world.

So Bridget Jones, I could be just like you, then again, I could get that moment with my Mark Darcy, kissing in the snow. Beautiful.

Well bored as I am on what started as a beautiful Sunday, I find myself lost of things to do except blog. I went for a short run this morning, short as the puppy was not participating as I wanted her too, (this meaning she was constantly trying to rap herself around my ankles and just stopping and laying down) so I gave up. Then came home and decided to try on things in my wardrobe and get rid of the things I no longer wear and will never wear again. What WAS I thinking when I bought some of that stuff! Anyway, I felt I needed to share a snap of my wardrobe looking particularly tidy!

My new babies (my booties) are hanging at the left end of the rail, and then it goes, a/w clothes and then s/s clothes (seeing as we are getting slightly warm weather in this part of the country at the moment! Then I have my dark clothes, when I'm having a down day.

There are only 5 pairs of shoes in this wardrobe as they wouldn't fit in my shoe wardrobe next to this one!

One thing I am looking forward to, is since returning from Croatia I have been missing the tasty fish dishes, and my wonderful mum has bought me a seafood mix to have with salad. ERM, YUM.

Expect more blogging or random things and totally useless info!

sunday morning...

Sunday morning lay in. YUM. Long old week at work, so a lay in was much needed. My mother informed me this morning that she seems to think I am happier than ever, could it be the fact I have a new wardrobe? Quite possibly. Could it be the guy who is slowly entering my life? Again, quite possibly. Could it be that everything at the moment seems to be perfect? Yes.

I know that things do not remain perfect, but I am hoping they will as I have a big smile on my face, laying here in bed, blogging with a mug of green tea. What heaven.

ULTIMATE BIG BROTHER.

I'm a little bit of a fan and oh my goodness Nicki Graeme. What with her "who is she rant" first, and now she is gracing our screens again, full of that childish charm and tantrums. When she said she wanted to "brain someone" on tonights episode, I struggled to get what she meant. But she was still funny. Got to love this girl. Which reminds me, her over reaction on the electric shock chair, I was literally on the floor. There is something about her that really entertains me.

Then again, I am easily amused.

114 days until Christmas!!!!!

I love Christmas! Well and truly! I know its a little early....but still. Working in retail and discussing the decorations and your christmas night out with the work lovlies makes you think about it!!

Mince pies, festive candles, chunky knits, long winter walks, roast dinners, family gatherings, cheerful friends, coke advert...holidays are coming, presents, wooly hats and mittens, cute boots, cuddling up in front of the fire, Polar Express, christmas songs, mulled wine (yummmm) snow.

Oh its the most wonderful time of the year!

autumn girl

I am absolutely in love with the farmer/old country look that is gracing the pages of fashion magazines! And I thought with my cute little booties (that arrived today eeeeek!!!) this jumper would be an absolute saviour for the cold autumn and winter!

I also bought a cute little trench coat from H&M which was only £30 and its a beautiful khaki green with a tartan hood! I finally have a coat with a hood!! :) may as well attach some mittens to it and look just like a little child ha!

OOOOOH I do love the autumn and winter seasons, time for cuddling up with hot chocolates and romantic walks with the dog.....despite having to do this on my own because of my single status :'( boohoo. Still, bring on the winter!!!

Fair enough in this picture they may be a little cold, but I adore it. And I love that jumper!!!

Harriet's Wedding!

My beautiful cousin Harriet got married this weekend!

Weddings as ever are always fun! But I had been informed the guy she was marrying...Tom, had VERY glam sisters, so I had to try and look as glam as I could!! My dress is from H&M and all my make up I have done myself, with the wondourous MAC make up that I invested in from the duty free at Gatwick on my way to Croatia, but I have lost my speed dial lipstick from MAC, damn drunken ways.

The wedding itself was incredible, and the cake was just simply AMAZING. We brought a huge doggy bag home...which means the diet is out of the window for yet another week!

Hello beautiful girls! This is a little side project away from the one with my best friend blairandclaire.blogspot.com.... as I was advised by a friend that having a blog of my own that I can write about any rubbish I want to can look really good when applying for uni!

I'm really interested in fashion and I follow loads of blogs about it, but I also follow many bloggers that write about their own random ramblings!

So I'm not a first time blogger, but this is the first one of my own! Hope you all had a beautiful summer, despite the weather, but there is a little bit of sun here which is amazing!!!
